Farm Animal Rescue is a non-profit organisation that rescues farm animals from abuse, neglect and situations where they are in danger, and provides them with a home forever.

Rewarding Work
Days are long, from dawn to dusk. Duties include daily cleaning of barns and coops, feeding, health checks, light maintenance work and intensive care of ill, old and baby animals. Extra duties required when new rescues come in.
This is a very responsible role and there will be times that you will need to manage the sanctuary on your own. You will be provided with specific requirements and care standards and your work will be monitored regularly.
Only those with a desire to care for animals should apply. The position is available for an immediate start.
Free Accommodation
Free caravan accommodation and a $30 per month food allowance is offered in return for 2 days work per week caring for rescued farm animals.
Caravan accommodation is basic but a shower, restroom facilities, electricity and water are provided. Tv is available in the caravan and wifi in some areas of the farm (3G is available in the caravan). A swimming pool is also available.
Location of the Farm
The farm is 1km from the village of Dayboro, which has 5 cafes and a pub. Buses run twice daily on weekdays to the station from which express trains take 35 minutes to the city.
Conditions of the Role
