Following their rescue, Nelson, Martin and Malcolm became very famous. Since then we have received many many threats against their safety, the safety of the other sanctuary animals, and the safety of our volunteers.
Industry supporters have become quite hostile to those who have concerns about the use of animals for food production. Our review scores on Facebook and Google have been attacked and baseless reports have been made to the Agriculture Department accusing us of wrongdoing.
As the war wages, it is our job to protect and care for the sanctuary animals, and to continue working towards bringing about a much better world for farmed animals in general. It's difficult though when a message of peace and compassion is being met with such hostility. We need your help.
Stand with the sanctuary animals by being one of the first to support our Safe and Secure campaign on our EOFY campaign page.
Thank you for making the world a better place for farmed animals.
