Jack continues to struggle with his auto-immune disease, and has had a difficult week. Blood tests are showing very low albumin levels. Normal is 30 and he is showing around 16, where complete failure is considered to be at 15. He has now improved slightly and we will continue to monitor his fatigue and re-do the blood tests next week.
We are continuing to monitor and treat Portia's sores, as we wait to lab results to determine the type of culture and how best to treat them.
