The menu is brought to you by The Vood Kitchen. The Vood high tea brunch is served on shared platters delivered to your private table, and stands with an assortment of sandwiches cut into delicate fingers, vol au vents, scones with jam and creme, and an array of bite size sweet pastries and cakes.
Sandwiches – eggless curry and cress, cucumber and mint cream cheez, sweet onion and hummus and rainbow vegetable
Canapes – vol au vent with not tuna and chives, pumpkin pheta and pine nut gallette tart, and mini caprese croissant
Scones – with fruit jam, chantilly creme, and lemon curd
Sweet bites – mille feuille with strawberries and custard, lemon passionfruit caramel and raspberry brulee tarts, persian love tea cakes and melting moments
A glass of bubbly – straight or as a mimosa (additional glasses are available but must be purchased in advance)
Tea – english breakfast, earl grey, lady grey or herbal. Option of soy or oat mylk
